This fund will focus on finding retail operations to fill vacant commerical locations. This will be accomplished either through creating retail operations or providing seed funding to local entreprenueurs.

Commerical Development

This is the build and development fund. Its primary focus is to develop properties owned by the Real Estate Fund or other entities.

Real Estate

It all begins with land and property ownership. This fund will focus on purchasing land and available commerical properties for the purpose of holding for other club purposes.

Consumer Lending

Residential & Housing

A long term strategy for the South Mountain Investment Club will be to develop residential projects in the SoMo and Laveen Communities.

This fund will be tasked with providing short term lending to members of the South Mountain and Laveen Communities.
